Refunds and cancellation

How to get your money back, and what happens to your access.

Who you are dealing with

The Ledger is run by one person as a personal project. There is no company behind it, no trading name and no business address, because there is no business — it is an individual publishing a training programme and a logbook. Everywhere these documents say “we”, that is who is meant.

The way to reach that person is dylangremium@gmail.com. It is the only contact route, and it is the same address given at the foot of every page.

There is nothing to refund

Nothing on this site is sold. The whole twenty-four-week programme, the movement screen, the baseline tests, the logbook and the method library are free, no card details are ever requested, and no payment has ever been taken from anyone. There is therefore no purchase to refund and no subscription to cancel.

This page previously described a 14-day refund policy for a £49 programme and a £7 monthly membership. Those were withdrawn before any payment was taken. It is kept, rather than deleted, so that anyone who bookmarked it or arrived from a search result gets a straight answer instead of a missing page.

Your training data is not ours to withhold

Because nothing is bought, nothing can be taken away. Your logbook lives in your browser on your device, you can export the whole of it to a file at any time from the settings screen, and deleting the app's data does not require anyone's permission — there is no server copy to ask about.

Your statutory rights

Nothing here reduces your statutory rights. Consumer cancellation rights attach to a purchase, and there is no purchase here to attach them to.
