What is stored, where, and what never leaves your device.
Who you are dealing with
The Ledger is run by one person as a personal project. There is no company behind it, no trading name and no business address, because there is no business — it is an individual publishing a training programme and a logbook. Everywhere these documents say “we”, that is who is meant.
The way to reach that person is dylangremium@gmail.com. It is the only contact route, and it is the same address given at the foot of every page.
The short version
Your training data — your profile, your bodyweight, your movement screen, your baseline tests, every set you log and every note you write — is stored in your browser on your device and is not sent to any server. There is no account, no sync, and no copy of it held by us.
What we do receive
- Standard server logs: IP address and user agent, as any web server records, retained only as long as the host retains them.
What we never receive
Your bodyweight, your measurements, your lifted loads, your session notes, your movement-screen results and your calorie targets. These are health-adjacent personal data and the product is built so that they cannot leave your device.
Cookies and storage
The app uses localStorage to hold your training data. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a font network, so no third party is told that you visited.
Your rights
You can export everything the app holds at any time, from the settings screen, as a single file. You can delete everything from the same screen, which clears it from the browser immediately — and because there is no server copy and no payment record, that is genuinely all of it. There is nothing held elsewhere for us to delete on request.
